In a recent press release, LG has talked about some of the features that you can expect from the upcoming flagship device from the company; LG V30. Company has actually revealed some interesting information about the LG V30 display.
In the image below, LG showcases the front bottom of the LG V30 display. From the images we can get a lot of information about the display of the upcoming flagship device from LG. It is quite clear that V30 will come with bezel less display. LG V30 display will also sport dual display edges just like the Samsung Galaxy S8.
Let’s talk about the LG V30 in detail. It will have a P-OLED display which means that the base of the OLED will be plastic instead of glass. The plastic base assures that the LG V30 display will not crack under the Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The new P-OLED technology also gives freedom to curve the display edges smoothly.

Moving further with the details, LG V30 will have company’s new FullVision 2:1 display. This new display technology comes with 20% less top bezel and 50% less bottom bezel. To reduce the bezel company has moved the LG logo on the backside of the smartphone. LG V30 will have same QHD+ (1440 x 2880 px) just like the LG G6.

LG will announce the new flagship smartphone later in August. According to different rumors, LG V30 will come with latest snapdragon 835, 4 GB RAM and dual camera setup just like LG G6. Some rumors also suggested that LG V30 camera will have the largest aperture on a smartphone camera. However, apart from LG V30 display we cannot confirm about the authenticity of other rumors.
