Lately Huawei made a lot of news after leaving Apple behind to be the second largest OEM. Around this time of the year, Huawei launches the flagship device of its Mate series. So, there are different rumors on the Internet related to the upcoming Huawei Mate 10 specifications. Thanks to various rumors we have finally hot hold of some information regarding the two variants of Mate 10, codenamed Alps and Blanc.
If we look at the current Mate 9 series, there are four different variants namely Mate 9, Mate 9 Porsche Design, Mate 9 Pro, and Mate 9 Lite. At this point, we are not sure if we will see a refreshed version of all these variants in Huawei Mate 10 or not. However, we are sure that they are going to announce at least two variants of the phone.
Blanc – Huawei Mate 10 Pro:
We are 100% sure Huawei Mate 10 Pro aka Blanc will come with the newly announced Kirin 970. It will also has a 6GB RAM with either 64GB or 128GB internal storage. Moreover, Blan will come with a 5.99 inches IPS LCD. We are expecting OLED this time around but rumors are suggesting that Huawei will stick with IPS LCD which may disappoint a lot of people. The best thing is that it will follow the market trend and come with an edge to edge display. A 4000mAh battery will provide the juice to keep the device running.
Codename for Huawei Mate 10 Pro is Blanc.

Other exciting features are LET CAT 16 modem and IP 68 dust and water resistance. It will also come with a dual camera setup of 12MP and 20MP. Huawei will launch it later this year and it will come out of the box with Android Oreo.
Alps – May Be Mate 10 Lite
We are not sure about Apls as of now, but from the specs, it looks like that it is a flagship device. However, it falls below the Blanc. It will also come with the latest Kirin 970, 5.88 inch IPS LCD but with a different resolution. It will boost a 4GB RAM instead of Blanc’s 6GB RAM.
Overall, it will be bulkier than the Blanc, but the positive thing is that it may hit the market as early as late October.
