  2. Find Settings shortcut widget.
  3. Now hold the widget and drag and place it on your home screen.
  4. Open the settings shortcut, look for Notification log and tap on it.
  5. Now a notification log shortcut will show up on your home screen. Open it to view your notification history.

Now when you open the notification log, you can find all notifications here. It will help you to recover lost notifications on Android. Closed notifications will show in grey color, and unread notifications will show in white color. You can tap on any notification, and it will take you straight to the source of the notification.

Use Third Party Application to Access Notification History on Android:

The above method will work for Android phones with stock Android only. If you have a phone with custom Android then there is an app based solution for you.
